Blog Entry: As some of you know my daughter HappyHypnosis does a little gymkhana's here and there. We belong to a particular organization that once a year we can submit rules for the up comming year. I am working on a proposal to change the way we classify the groups. I'd like to model it like a 4D. Right now it is  ages 9-19: i year beginner 2 years intermediate 1 year  senior   then senior advance.  It does not matter how fast or slow you are or if you get a new horse green horse ect you get moved up. Unless you are a VERY rear case that the committee will allow you to stay back a year. Does no happen very often though. I could use any suggestions. Thanks!
