Hey everyone. How are you? Well I haven't done much blogs on here, so I thought I would do one now. So I'm in Hinesville/Savannah, GA visiting my sister for a little bit. I'm going to the beach Saturday, so that will be fun, because I will get to see my cousin and hangout with her and my sister. I was on amazon the other night looking at horse help books and realized how many there are!What are some of your favorite books?One that I keep close by is: WHAT YOUR horse WANTS YOU TO KNOW by Gincy Self Bucklin.It's a great easy read that address problems in a simple way for example:-Resistance to clipping -what your horse wants you to know -could be A,B,or C -then what to do about it.... Anyone else go to the National Quarter horse Congress over the weekend? :) I went with my cousin. We watched lots of Hunter classes and pole bending... There were some kid that hardly looked like they were even 5 years old! But the pole beding was pretty cool. There was tons of vendors, too. I got a new show bow thingy, a crop, a head warming thingy, and a vest that has a horse head on it and says "Congress". :) And my cousin even got a new saddle! It's sweeeet. Well here I was, hoping to go riding this weekend, but again, it's a no go. There are only 3 stables within driving distance from my house.....one I can't even find and they're number has been changed, so that's out...one other said they only accept children under the age of 15 as new students for lessons....and the last I haven't been able to reach anyone for over a week.
