So, I finnally got a new saddle. ^^ Well, it isn't really new. But I just got it soo... Yeah. :D I am trading w/ my cousin for my western saddle, and we're trading bridles too (except both are a little messed up in their own ways ^^). The English bridle has a broken strap thingy, so the bit doesn't stay on well (I needa get it fixed), and my cousin said I could keep the bit and reins from my bridle. So last night at my lesson, my instructor had me trotting the horse (not max) around the arena, when she called me to the middle. She said to me, "So, what do you really want to do?" "What?" "Like, jumping, dressage..." "Oh. Well, jumping I guess." So she taught me how to do the 2 point position (for CC: That is the position jumpers get in while going over jumps. :D) and then made me stay like that AND walk the horse around the ring.
