i'm not sure if he is or not.  his mother was bought at a horse sale and no one knew she was pregnant.  it's a really touching story.  his mother has a heart on her forhead.  her name is cupid and when he was born and they saw his markings, they called him arrow.

Oh yes!!! The horse with the heart on her face is Cupid.  That is Arrow's mother.  The picture of the little Jack Russell with the Heart on her side is Lovie.  We saw them last November in Ocala at the FL Horse Expo.
